Know what is included, what you own, and what we need to get started.

Can we order packages individually or sequentially?

You can start with the Prototype package to validate feasibility with low risk. Upon successful validation, the learnings roll directly into the Production Implementation and Handoff phases.

Are cloud hosting and LLM API costs included?

No. All infrastructure fees (AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenAI, Databricks endpoints) are paid directly by the client to maintain complete ownership of accounts and data security.

What are the prerequisites to begin?

For the Prototype package, the client must provide initial data samples, API keys, and access to relevant technical stakeholders during kick-off.

Who owns the Intellectual Property (IP) created?

100% of all source code, models, pipelines, and documentation developed during the engagement belong exclusively to the client from day one.

Where is client data stored and processed?

All work is executed directly within your existing cloud tenant (Azure, AWS, GCP) or secure infrastructure. Modus Data never stores or trains models on your proprietary data.
